Babelson Audio was founded in January 2006 by Thomas Ceyhan. Babelson technology can be found in pro audio plug-ins | applications for popular digital audio workstations including Pro Tools, Logic, Cubase, and live sound systems. As a multi-instrumentalist and software developer, Thomas developed Babelson’s many plugins to address the needs of composers, musicians, and sound engineers.

In October 2022 Babelson was acquired by LOUD Audio, LLC as part of the Mackie brand. Mackie is a live sound, recording, and creator audio gear brand with a long history in the music industry and a passion to design and build innovative products for people that live to create. Mackie is excited to bring the Babelson software experience to millions of users across the globe.
