    How do I download the plugin when I buy it?
    As soon as you complete the transaction, the store will provide you with a link to download both Windows and macOS installers. You always have access to download links in your

    Babelson Audio account.

    You will need to install the iLok License Manager(free) on each computer, and you can download it from the iLok website.

    I bought plug-ins through your site but I can't find my licenses?
    When you purchase a plug-in on our site, your license will be sent to your iLok account so you will need activate your license through iLok License Manager… if you get any error please feel free to contact me here!

    You can activate your version license on up to two devices at a time.

    Refund | Cancel licence?
    When a product licence is activated through the iLok License Manager then the licence can’t be cancelled or refunded.

    Activating a license:
    Launch the iLok License Manager application and log-in Click on your username Right-click on the license and select activate Follow the prompt to select the activation location and complete the activation. The tab across the top shows you 5 views of your iLok account:

    All Licenses; Shows all of the licenses in your account, activated and not activated Available; Shows the licenses eligible for activation All Activations; Shows only your activated licenses Unavailable; Shows expired licenses Hidden,  Shows licenses hidden by user(you)

    How do I move licenses onto my iLok?
    The iLok must be plugged into your computer for the operation to be successful! Drag & Drop: Select the license you want to activate in your iLok account in the cloud. Drag it to a new location, either an iLok or a machine, in the left-hand column Confirm the move in the popup window. Activate from the detail panel: To use the buttons, you will need to select the license you want to activate from the list of licenses on one of your iLoks. Click the Activate button in the upper right-hand corner and select a location in the pop-up window, this will be one of your iLoks. Click “Activate” to finish.

    I lost my iLok What can be done to restore my plug-ins?
    First, go to ilok.com and file a lost iLok RMA. Send the RMA# provided to contact@babelson.com and no worries! we do what we can to get you back up and running again.

    Do I need to reinstall Babelson plug-ins or bundle if I demo'd and then purchased?
    Yes, You will need to download and install purchased version. If you purchased an individual product instead of the full bundle after running DEMO Bundle so I suggest an uninstall/reinstall to get all of the other plug-ins off of your system.

    I am trying to activate FREE plugins but it doesn't appear into my iLok account
    The FREE plugins don't require an iLok activation purposes.

    Windows: Why I can't install the BB-CMP?
    "it seems necessary to right-click the installer and choose "Run as administrator". If run without admin privileges, the installation showed an error due to not being able to copy into the VST3 folder. As soon as I ran it with admin privileges, it worked flawlessly."

    When trying to download (first time) malwarebytes blocked it with warning of suspicious activity.
    Please disable your Anti-virus programs before downloading or Installing the BB-CMP. We have our own trusted certificate from Microsoft so we do not send you any VIRUS!

    I can't find my VST3 Plugins in Cubase?
    Re-setting VST3 plug-ins cache manually:

    macOS: VST3 format:
    1. Close DAW.
    2. Using macOS Finder go to “~/Library/Preferences/Cubase 11/Cubase Pro VST3 Cache/” (without the quotes).
    3. Manually delete the vst3blacklist.xml file (to delete the blacklist).
    4. Manually delete the vst3plugins.xml file (to force a complete plug-in to rescan).
    5. Re-open Cubase.

    Windows : Ableton Live and VST3 format:

    1. Close DAW.
    2. Press Windows key plus R.
    3. Enter “C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Ableton\Live x.x.x\” (without the quotes), and click on OK. For example, if you are running Live 10.10 the complete path should be: "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Ableton\Live 10.1.0\" (without the quotes).
    4. Manually delete the Preferences.cfg file.
    5. Manually delete the Undo folder.
    6. Manually delete the Template.als file (if present).
    7. Re-open Ableton Live.
